Payment methods include COD, which are processed securely.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.Taxes, duties, or additional charges may apply based on your shipping address.

Fatma Abaya strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free.
Colors, sizes, and details may slightly differ due to display settings or manufacturing variations.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance by Fatma Abaya. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. An order is considered confirmed only after acceptance by Fatma Abaya.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping fees and options will be displayed at checkout.
Fatma Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.
You must provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated if approved within 10 to 15 working days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a return or refund.
Certain items, such as Custom-made or personalized items, are non-returnable.

Reselling or unauthorized commercial purposes
Interfering with website operation or security
Uploading harmful content, malware, or viruses
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

 Fatma Abaya is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
We are not responsible for losses caused by shipping delays, technical errors, or third-party actions.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
